Then, treatment temperature at this time is controlled to 350 to 430°C. In this way, the formation of a complex compound of chromium, nitrogen and carbon as a compound to form into an obstacle upon the securance of its corrosion resistance can be suppressed. It is generally known that the formation of the complex compound remarkably reduces its corrosion resistance.
