An inner peripheral hinge part 12 is provided along an inner peripheral edge of the inclined part 8. An intermediate hinge part 13 which allows the inclined part 8 to be flexible is provided between the outer peripheral hinge part 11 and the inner peripheral hinge part 12 of the inclined part 8.
