MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR INSERT-MOLDED ARTICLE, AND MOLDING DIE FOR INSERT-MOLDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the positioning of an insert member in such a manner that the boundary section between the insert member and a resin molded part may not be exposed to the outside after the insert-molding. SOLUTION: This insert-molded article 1 is equipped with insert members 10 and 20, and a resin molding section 30 which is integrally molded with the insert members 10 and 20. One end 11A of a connecting terminal 11 of the insert member 10 protrudes in the die removing direction of a molding die 40, and on the internal surface of a cavity being confronted with the one end 11A of the connecting terminal 11, a set hole 44 in which the one end 11A of the connecting terminal 11 is inserted is provided. A part of the cavity surface of the molding die 40 is brought into contact with the side surface of the insert member 10, and at the same time, a slide core 45 which can move in a direction being orthogonal to the die removing direction is formed on the contact surface 43A. On a surface 13 to be brought into contact with, which comes into contact with the contact surface 43A, from among side surfaces of the insert members 10 and 20, a fitting section 12 in which the slide core 45 can be fitted and detached is provided.
