Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of not only the accumulation of dirt and dust in a radiant cooling/heating device, but also the propagation of mold caused by insufficient humidity adjustment such as generation of dew condensation, which may have adverse health effects. SOLUTION: A total heat exchanger is disposed in a cold/hot air circulation flow channel from an air conditioner to exchange heat between an under-roof space and the outside air, and the fresh outside air is taken in a ceiling radiant cooling/heating device, thus temperatures and humidities of the under-roof air and the outside air are exchanged even in a high-temperature high-humidity time of rainy season, and an artificial cooling season in summer, the cooled air is returned to the under-roof space again without being released outdoors, and the air of high humidity causing molding is replaced by the outdoor air, which elongates service life of the radiant cooling/heating device, an attic building material and the like.
