SOLUTION: The apparatus is composed by: installing a surface plate 10 on a bolster 2 of the crank press 1; arranging a die 3 and a die holder 4 on it; and having the pressing block 7 of a slide 6 strike and press the die holder 4 from upper side. The die holder 4 is guided only to move vertically by guide rods 13 and urged upward by a coil spring 1.
