APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR COMBINATION TEST OF GEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a device, an analysis unit, and a software module capable of executing the quality test of a pair of gear sets speedily and reliably. SOLUTION: An apparatus 10 measures the operation behavior of the pair of gears and has a rolling apparatus 12. The rolling apparatus 12 has at least one of drives 17, 18 that includes one of spindles 15, 16 for each of gears 13, 14 and drives at least one of the gears 13, 14. Further, a structure load noise sensor 20, a sequence controller 30, and speed sensor systems 23, 24 are provided. The sequence controller 30 is designed so that the combination test of the pair of gears is executed for enabling a specific installation position to be settled by utilizing a structure load noise test or a rotary acceleration measurement in a first search run and then enabling a single side operation test to be made at a specific installation position.
