CHARGED SPACER SPRAYER, CHARGED SPACER SPRAY METHOD AND LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when spraying spacers charged to a specified polarity toward a substrate by using a nozzle, some emitted spacers attach to a nozzle itself owing to the flying-back or the like, and when the spacers attached to the nozzle itself form an aggregate of...

description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that when spraying spacers charged to a specified polarity toward a substrate by using a nozzle, some emitted spacers attach to a nozzle itself owing to the flying-back or the like, and when the spacers attached to the nozzle itself form an aggregate of the spacers on the surface of the nozzle, the aggregate falls to the substrate, whereby the substrate is contaminated. SOLUTION: In order to prevent spacers moving in a spray box from attaching to a nozzle part, attachment of the spacers to the nozzle part is suppressed by utilizing an electric repulsive force in a cover part. Therein, the cover part is charged into the same polarity with the spacers. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
