Covers 12, 12 are arranged at both ends of the main body 11 in the longitudinal direction so as to be fit slightly more tightly in the main body at both ends. Water passage holes 111, 121 for contacting the magnesium powder with the water in the PET bottle and nets 12, 14 for preventing the magnesium powder from leaking to the outside through the water-passable holes 111, 121 are arranged respectively in required positions of the peripheral surface of the main body 11 and on the covers 12, 12.
