PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image device which is reduced in the number of components, easy to manufacture, and capable of downsizing. SOLUTION: A photographing device 1 is provided with a sealed container 2, a photographing part 3, and a control part 4. The sealed container 2 has a bottom plate 11, a cathode substrate 14, and an anode substrate 14. A photographing chamber 23 in which the photographing part 3 is installed is formed between the cathode substrate 14 and the anode substrate 18 and a getter chamber 22 is installed between the bottom plate 11 and the cathode substrate 14. Driver circuits 51, 52 to control a cathode electrode 45 and a gate electrode 48 of the photographing part 3 are integrally formed in the bottom plate 11. Furthermore, the cathode electrode 45 and the gate electrode 48, and the driver circuits 51, 52 are connected by deformable FPCs 53, 54. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
