GERMINATION-STIMULATED SEED-FORMING APPARATUS AND GERMINATION-STIMULATED SEED-FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein the germination rates of seeds in greening constructions are about 30 to 70 % and contain problems at points of disaster-preventing effects and construction costs, a problem wherein the germination rates / germination periods of arboreous plants (forest plants) and the like have difficult points, and it is a large problem on natural environment protections that the natural germination method is hardly adopted in vegetation constructions, and a problem wherein seeds having low germination rates in the production of saplings in forestry and in the production of seedlings in agriculture give low economical effects. SOLUTION: This germination-stimulated seed-forming apparatus is an apparatus for forming germination-stimulated seeds through processes for charging seeds in cartridges having many penetrated holes in a rotary casing disposed in a water tank having an automatic function for supplying and draining water, filling the water tank with warm water, rotating the rotary casing at a low rotation rate to alternately heat the seeds in the warm water and give oxygen to the seeds in air above the water, thereby stimulating the germination of the seeds, replacing the water with the automatic function for supplying and draining water during the germination of the seeds, draining the water, when the stimulation of the germination is finished, rotating the rotary casing at a high rotation rate to dehydrate the seeds, and then drying the germinated seeds with a drying fan.
