PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply liquid to a channel appropriately by suppressing deterioration. SOLUTION: When a pipette tip 50 is inserted into a recess 49A and is pressed toward a channel member 44, the upper edge of a cylindrical member 44B composed of a soft material is deformed, a tip 51 of the pipette tip 50 bites, and an outer-periphery level difference section 52A in the pipette tip 50 is brought into contact with an inner-periphery level difference section 49D in a reception section 49. A first inner wall 49E is in a shape along the tip 51 of the pipette tip 50, and is arranged at a position where an opening 51A in the pipette tip 50 is inserted into an inlet/outlet 43 of a fluid channel 45.
