Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp for a wiring harness of which assembling precision is provided and the usage of a protective member for protecting the wiring harness is reduced. SOLUTION: The clamp comprises a first band member 21 which is fixed to the first end 31 of a holding arm 20 and wound on a main electric wire bundle 101 of a wiring harness 100, and a second band member 22 which is fixed to the second end 32 of the holding arm 20 and wound on the main electric wire bundle 101. A plurality of first positioning holes 91 for positioning the first band member 21 to the holding arm 20 when the position of the first band member 21 is adjusted and fixed along the length direction of the holding arm 20 by bending the holding arm 20 are formed on the holding arm. A plurality of second positioning holes 92 for positioning the second band member 22 to the holding arm 20 when adjusting and fixing the position of the second band member 22 along the length direction of the holding arm 20 by bending the holding arm 20 are formed on the holding arm.
