The reflecting member 4 is made of aluminum, and an anodic oxide film 4b is formed on an inner peripheral surface 4a of the member 4. Since the anodic oxide film 4b can provide proper reflection performance and the film 4b is chemically stabilized, the light-emitting device has superior long-term reliability.
