description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration and welding method of members capable of manufacturing metallic components without changing the sheet thickness of sheet materials to be used as there are specified restrictions in the past on account of the performance required for the sheet materials to be used, since the manufacturing of the metallic components by welding the thin sheets of a high melting point is difficult from heretofore, and also in case of a failure, holes are often made in the thin sheets, and therefore, the welding is required to be performed manually one by one throughout the process which leads to extremely degraded production efficiency and an increased production cost. SOLUTION: A welding accessory plate is made to be parallel with a welding zone and thereby only the total sheet thickness of the weld zone of the sheet materials to be used is sufficiently assured as much as needed and the welding of the thin sheets is facilitated. The workability is made higher than heretofore and the cost is halved as compared to a spot welding type.
