Thus, in the portable base station device 1 and the mobile terminal 2, by only physically connecting the mobile terminal 2 to the portable base station device 1, the configuration setting screen can be accessed automatically, thereby providing an environment, where configuration setting of the portable base station device 1 can be performed easily with respect to various user layers.
