The repeating installation receives one request packet, generates a plurality of request packets based on the destination information being concentrated, and transmits the generated request packets. The repeating installation receives response packets from the plurality of terminal units, puts together the destination information of the transmission source of a plurality of received response packets for generating one response packet, and returns the reply to the central unit.
