Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for enhancing air-fuel ratio control accuracy of an internal combustion engine in transitional operation. SOLUTION: This fuel injection control device controls a fuel injection quantity of an engine having a suction air volume adjusting mechanism of causing a delay in a response to a control signal, though adjusting the air volume sucked in a cylinder in response to the control signal, and has a suction predicting air volume calculating means 74 calculating a prediction value of the suction air volume realized by the suction air volume adjusting mechanism on the basis of the control signal, a request injection quantity calculating means 78 calculating a request fuel injection quantity in response to the predicted suction air volume, and a fuel injector injecting fuel of the request fuel injection quantity in the predetermined timing.
