Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-part type ordinary temperature-curable urethane coating film water-resistant material composition having excellent foaming resistance, excellent reinforcing agent sedimentation resistance in the second liquid, and excellent balloon flotation resistance in the second liquid. SOLUTION: This two-part type ordinary temperature-curable urethane coating film water-resistant material composition is characterized by having the first liquid containing a urethane prepolymer and the second liquid comprising polypropylene ether polyol, an aromatic polyamine and a reinforcing agent, wherein at least the second liquid contains balloon having an average particle diameter of ≥20 μm and a specific gravity of 0.05 to 0.35 is contained in an amount of 1.0 to 10 mass% based on the second liquid.
