SOLUTION: The network apparatus includes a sampling means for extracting a packet and a report means that informs the traffic information collection apparatus about INDEX information of a MIB object storing a sampling rate of the sampling means by utilizing extension information of the flow statistics distribution protocol, and the traffic information collection apparatus acquires the sampling rate from the MIB object storing the sampling rate of the sampling means in the network apparatus on the basis of the INDEX information notified from the network apparatus and sets the sampling rate to a MIB object storing the sampling rate of the sampling means of the network apparatus.
