SOLUTION: The clutch device 60 comprises a ratchet gear 71 rotationally driven constantly by a carry roller, and a clutch member 62 having an annular shape surrounding the outer circumference of the ratchet gear 71 and a tooth portion 62a on the inner circumference thereof and switching the clutch-on state and the clutch-off state by oscillating with a shaft 62b as an oscillation shaft. At a position opposing the outer circumference of the clutch member 62, by oscillating with a shaft 69a as an oscillation shaft, a second lever member 67 is provided in addition to a first lever member 66 which can engage with a clutch engaging portion 62b provided in the clutch member 62.
