Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus whose manufacturing efficiency is excellent, while a size of the apparatus is reduced. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display apparatus 10 comprises: a thin film transistor (TFT) substrate 20 including an IC mounting area 30 on which a driver IC 40 for driving display is mounted, and a display area 31 in which a display section is formed; and a flexible printed circuit (FPC) substrate 12 connected to an FPC connection area 32 between the IC mounting area 30 and the display area 31 on the TFT substrate 20. The FPC substrate 12 is provided so that a face of a side connected to the TFT substrate 20 faces the substrate and extends to the display area 31 side. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
