Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intermittent transmission system capable of maintaining a press contact condition where an appropriate preload is given at every rotating position, on an abutting engagement section between a driving body and following body. SOLUTION: In the system for converting and transmitting a continuously-rotating motion of the input shaft 1 into an intermittently-rotating motion of the output shaft 2 by cam-driving a cam follower 4 mounted on an output shaft 2 by a driving cam 3 mounted on an input shaft 1, the abutting engagement section between the driving cam 3 and cam follower 4 is maintained in an abutting engagement condition giving designated preload by interposing an elastic member 5 in a fitting section between the input shaft 1 and driving cam 3.
