Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of strictly acquiring an advertisement effect and calculating and managing an advertisement rate according to the advertisement effect. SOLUTION: This advertisement rate management system for managing the advertisement rate comprises a commodity registration means for registering a commodity to be advertised; a medium registration means for registering an advertizing medium for posting the commodity to be advertized; a generation means for generating mail information for uniquely identifying a combination of the registered commodity to be advertised and advertising medium; and a calculation means for calculating the advertisement rate based on a mail transmitted using the generated mail information.
