Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure diagnostic unit, which is fixed to a concrete structure being an object to be evaluated and arranges an accelerometer for automatically collecting automatic drilling/resistance index information at a fixed reaction force and for detecting elastic waves, and to provide a measuring/diagnosing method therefor. SOLUTION: The concrete structure diagnostic unit 100 comprises a unit fixing section 10, a unit-moving section 20, a hammer drill 1 supported by the unit moving section 20, a laser displacement gauge 5 held by and fixed to the unit-moving section 20, a laser sensor 6, an accelerometer 7, a voltage cord 8a attached to a power supply line of the hammer drill 1, a wattmeter 8 connected to a current measurement-use clamp sensor 8b, a data collection device 9, and an accelerometer 7x for sensing the reflected waves and transmitted waves of the elastic wave generated by the hammering operation of a plurality of hammer drills which are mounted in the form of a matrix on the surface and the back face of the concrete structure that is the object to be evaluated 50.
