In the refining stage, the raw materials are stored into the molding hole 11, the molding pins are pushed therein to compact the raw materials, thereafter, the molding pins are progressed as being further pressurized, and the molding pin 22 is retreated in a state where back pressure is applied, thus the raw materials are fed from the molding hole 11 to the molding hole 12.
