description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively suppress an occurrence or the like of rattling noise in a check valve while improving durability of the check valve by smoothly operating a check member after stabilizing behavior of the check member. SOLUTION: An inlet path (17), a check valve chamber (18), and an outlet path (19) are formed inside a housing (2) in turn. A check valve seat (20) is formed around the outlet path (19) opened to the check valve chamber (18). The check member (21) is inserted into the check valve chamber (18) so as to be advanceable/retreatable to/from the check valve seat (20). The check member (21) is elastically pressed to the check valve seat (20) side with a valve opening spring (22). The check member (21) is pressed in a direction of being separated from the check valve seat (20) against an elastic pressing force of the valve opening spring (22) by differential pressure between gas pressure inside the outlet path (19) and gas pressure larger than the gas pressure inside the outlet path and flowing in from the inlet path (17). A plurality of support members (24) are provided around the check member (21) so as to allow the support members (24) to slide on the inner face of the check valve chamber (18).
