Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for electing a processor to be acquired in a virtual sharing computer environment. SOLUTION: The method includes a step of beginning a first selection phase to try to acquire a processor which is the most recently released in a sharing computer environment, and a step of beginning a second selection phase if the first selection phase fails to acquire the most recently released processor.
