description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive film, wherein a small amount of ingredients is not moved to an adherend upon the adhesion to the adherend and the peeling of the film and no floating nor peeling-off by lowering adhesive force is occurred in the adhesion of the peeled surface of the film to another substrate such as a reinforcing plate. SOLUTION: A copolymer of an alkyl (meth)acrylate and a vinyl monomer containing a carboxylic group is adhered to an adhesive layer which is formed by coating an adhesive agent cured by an epoxy type cross-linking agent on a substrate surface of a film, and then an adhesive film having a wetted tension of 40 dyne/cm or more by a wetted tension test method of a peeled polyimide sheet surface is used, whereby floating and peeling-off of a reinforcing plate adhered to a peeled surface can be prohibited.
