description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated dielectric resonator which easily reduces the inner dimensions of the principal surface of a dielectric substrate and the resonant frequency, without increasing the electrode pattern density and readily ensures satisfactory Q value. SOLUTION: In a laminated dielectric resonator, a laminate of dielectric substrates (a)-(e) is formed, a resonance electrode 21 is formed in the region between the substrates (c) and (d), a ground electrode 10 is formed in the region between the substrates (a) and (b), one terminal of the resonance electrode 21 is connected with the ground electrode 10 via a connecting conductor to form a short-circuiting terminal, and another terminal of the resonant electrode 21 is located within the substrate laminate to form an open terminal. A first terminal portion interconnecting additional resonant electrodes 22, 23 formed within the region between the substrates (b) and (c) and extending along the resonant electrode 21 is connected with the open terminal of the resonant electrode 21 via a via-hole electrode 31. Second terminal portions of the additional resonance electrodes 22, 23 is located within the substrate laminate, respectively to form open terminals. An extraction electrode 40, connected to the additional resonant electrode 23, is connected to an input/output electrode 51. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
