SOLUTION: The hole cover member 19 is detachably attached to the opening peripheral part 15 of an opening part formed in the bumper body 3 so as to cover the opening part. Four locking hole parts 17 are formed in the opening peripheral part 15 of the bumper body 3, and four locking pieces 21 are projected from a peripheral part of a rear surface of the hole cover member 19 so as to respectively correspond to each of locking hole parts 17. A locking claw part 27 is formed integrally with each locking piece 21 through a flexible part 33 so that the locking claw part 27 can be engaged with/disengaged from the locking hole part 17. An extension part 35 is formed to a front end of one locking piece 21 out of the locking pieces 21 so as to be continuous to the flexible part 33.
