SOLUTION: This system comprises fire sensors 40a-40d detecting abnormality of a monitoring area and giving an alarm, a coaxial cable c for inputting and outputting signal to TV 35a-35d and an announcement broadcast receiver 31, and an input and output part for performing input or output of signal to the fire sensors 40a-40d through the coaxial cable c connected to the fire sensors 40a-40d.
