Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an sound absorbing wall at a low cost, which can reduce traffic noise in a wide frequency band, and has a mechanical strength high enough to avoid breakage thereof even in case of occurrence of vibration of vehicles and contact of the same. SOLUTION: The sound absorbing wall 20 is made of a first panel-shaped sound absorbing plates 21 and panel-shaped second sound absorbing plates 22 arranged above the first sound absorbing plates. The first sound absorbing plates 21 are formed of porous concrete, while the second sound absorbing plates 22 are formed of an ordinary sound absorbing material including glass wool and rock wool.
