METHANE FERMENTATION TREATMENT METHOD OF ORGANIC WASTE AND ITS APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a methane fermentation treatment method and apparatus of organic waste which enable a stable methane fermentation at a set high fermentation temperature value when high-temperature methane fermentation of the organic waste, such as sewage sludge, is carried out. SOLUTION: The methane fermentation method for organic waste comprises a process for solubilizing the organic waste at a high temperature, a process for cooling the temperature of the solubilized matter obtained by the high-temperature solubilization treatment by heat exchange between it and a cooling medium to control the temperature so that it is higher than the set high fermentation temperature value during the high-temperature methane fermentation, and a process for introducing the temperature-controlled solubilized matter to a high-temperature methane fermentation tank set at the set high fermentation temperature value to carry out the high-temperature methane fermentation.
