Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawing mechanism of a carrying device for improving workability in maintenance. SOLUTION: This drawing mechanism of the carrying device (a card issuer 1) has an upper unit 3 and a lower unit 4 drawably installed in a casing 2, a rotary card carrying part 14 carrying a carrying object (a card 9) to the upper unit 3 from the lower unit 4, and a pin member 29 fixing a relative position of the upper unit 3 and the lower unit 4. When carrying the card 9 to the upper unit 3 from the lower unit 4, the pin member 29 fixes the upper unit 3 and the lower unit 4 by interlocking with rotation of the rotary card carrying part 14.
