A rigid part 41 is formed at an area spreading in a direction opposite to the airbag door along the approximately whole area of the second fragile part formation area A2 on the back surface of the panel constitution member body at a side opposed to the airbag door while clamping the second fragile part formation area A2. The first fragile part 7 and the second fragile part 13 are broken by the operation of the airbag device and the hinge part 15 is stood up while curving-deforming it accompanied by the opening action of the airbag door part 9.
