Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive control device of a DC motor that can suppress the heat generation of a switching means, and the vibration and noise of a motor, and also can suppress the generation of a harmonic current while employing a fixed and simple power supply as a drive power supply of the motor, and a pump equipped with the drive control device of the DC motor. SOLUTION: The drive control device 20 of the DC motor drives the DC motor 10 by feeding power to a motor winding 12 at 100% of a duty ratio and by interrupting current feeding for a set time Δt without performing PWM control. By this, while employing the DC power supply 30 that outputs a fixed voltage, the heat generation or the like of the switching means can be suppressed by performing pseudo RAM control.
