RADIO BASE STATION, MANAGEMENT METHOD OF NON-TRANSMITTED SIGNALS AND MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF NON-TRANSMITTED SIGNALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio base station capable of preventing the decline of the call termination communication rate of a radio base station system, a management method of non-transmitted signals and a management program of non-transmitted signals. SOLUTION: The radio base station 101 in the radio base station system wherein communication signals to a radio terminal station 201 are transmitted to the respective radio base stations 101 through a network 500 and the identification number of the radio terminal station 201 is included in the communication signals comprises: a preservation part 6 for preserving the communication signals received from the network 500; a transmission part 4 and a transmission control part 5b for taking out the communication signals from the preservation part 6 and transmitting them as radio signals; a reception part 3 for receiving the radio signals transmitted from the radio terminal station 201; a reception control part 5a for detecting the identification number of the radio terminal station 201 which has transmitted the radio signals on the basis of the received radio signals; and a central control part 7 for eliminating the communication signals corresponding to the detected identification number among the communication signals preserved in the preservation part 6 from the preservation part 6.
