The multifunction machine 10 accesses the address of the directory server 30 that is acquired, and searches the transmission destination information in the directory server 30 according to the searching condition. Since a directory and an object to be searched are stored in the memory card 2 in advance, the data is easily transmitted by a simple operation such as reading of the memory card 2.
