Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device mounted in a vehicle, which makes it possible to view different images on a common display section from different directions, the display device being designed so as to minimize crosstalk resulting from an image brightness adjustment made according to the brightness of the interior of the vehicle. SOLUTION: When illumination for a vehicle is off (step ST1: N), a first image IM1 is displayed with brightness for daytime display (step ST4). When the illumination is on and the sources of first and second images are the same (step ST1: Y and step ST2:Y), the first image IM1 is displayed with brightness for night display (step ST3). When the illumination is on and the sources of the first and second images are different (step ST1: Y and step ST2:N), the first image IM1 is displayed with brightness for daytime display (step ST3).
