At either end of the rubber elastic body 13 in the cylinder axial direction, a currant portion 15 is arranged throughout the periphery in the cylinder peripheral direction. On the currant portion 15 at each end of the rubber elastic body 13 in the cylinder axial direction, a resin spring body 16 integrated with the outer cylinder body 12 is provided throughout the periphery in the cylinder peripheral direction. At the center of the outer peripheral face of the rubber elastic body 13 in the cylinder axial direction, a recessed portion 19 is provided throughout the periphery in the cylinder peripheral direction.
