The through hole is overlapped on the mounting hole formed in members to be connected to stretch the joint piece between the members, the leg piece of the clip body passes through both of overlapped holes, the shaft part of the pin body is inserted into the opening of the clip body, and the joint piece is fastened to the member by engaging the leg piece being pushed and widened on a peripheral face of the shaft part to open a leg and extend diameter with the mounting hole of the member to connect the members integrally and mutually.
