A plate-like dam member 10 is erected in a bottom part of the duct member 9. A wind pressure type shutter 6 having larger opening area when compared with opening area of the opening part 30 for exhaust and communicating with the opening part 30 for exhaust is fixed on an outer face side of the side plate 3a. An opening part 32 for drainage for draining the water remaining in the inside of the wind pressure type shutter 6 and the water dammed up by the dam member 10 and remaining in the bottom part of the duct member 9 to the outside of the exterior case body 1 is formed in a connection part where the wind pressure type shutter 6 is fixed.
