A set of electric connectors 22a, 22b connected with the electric wiring 20 is mounted to the plug case 12 and socket case 14. When the plug case 12 and socket case 14 are fitted to each other, the plug connectors 16 and socket connectors 18 are connected with each other. Consequently, the fluid tubes 42 is made communicable, and also, a set of the electric connectors 22a, 22b is made conductive while electrically connecting them with each other.
