The information recording layer includes a first recording layer containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ag, In, Ge, Sb and Te, a second recording layer containing at least one element selected from the group consisting of Si, Sn, Sb and Ge and a third recording layer consisting at least one element selected from the group consisting of Ni, Ag, Au, W, Cr and Mo.
