The system comprises an extending rope 11 which is fixed on the upper part of the iron water pipe and extends to the lower part, a chuck 12 which locks the extending rope unslidably and engages with the extending rope slidably by gripping, a work strap 13 connected to the extending rope 11 via the chuck 12 for holding a worker in a working position, a sandblasting device 14 for performing sandblasting on the inner surface of the iron water pipe 100, and an air supply device 15 for supplying fresh air into a draping cover 45 of the worker.
