SOLUTION: In the communication system constituted by the network camera device, and a communication server device, the communication server device comprises registering means, receiving means, controlling means for performing connection control about connection and cutoff between the network camera device and a terminal device, information managing means and information storing means for holding cession information relating to the communication and information relating to the network camera device and the terminal device, and transmitting means for transmitting control information to be produced by the controlling means. Thereby a data session by the terminal device and an image session by the terminal device and the network camera device can be established by starting indication of the communication from a user.
