The housing 51 is provided with a wire telescopic mechanism 50 that extends the other end of a wire 30 of which one end is connected to the camera 20 side to a grip section 4, winds the other end of the wire 30 while a tension smaller than the snapping force of the spring 27 is kept, and performs the feeding and winding in response to the telescoping of the pipe body 3. The housing 51 is provided with locking mechanisms 58 and 60 for locking the feed of the wire 30.
