In this continuous beam, the synthetic panel 1 is supported on the lateral beams by shearing members and added plates installed at the upper end of the vertical beams 3 forming a main beam projectedly in the axial direction and the side part of the lateral beams and the end part of the synthetic panel 1 are joined integrally with each other by a concrete filled at the side parts of bearing plates 10 fitted to the lower end parts of the vertical beams and the lateral beams and around a joining means installed at the end part of the synthetic panel 1, and the construction method for continuous beam is also provided.
