Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodialyzer capable of electrodialyzing fluorine-containing waste water stably without corroding an electrode. SOLUTION: The electrodialyzer comprises an anode chamber 10 having an anode 2 and a cathode chamber 50 having a cathode 3. The electrodialyzer further comprises a desalination chamber 40 for removing fluorine ions from fed waste water to produce treated water, a concentration chamber 30 for concentrating fluorine ions in the waste water moved from the desalination chamber 40 to produce concentrated water, and a buffer chamber 20 for blocking the fluorine ions in the waste water so that the fluorine ions in the waste water does not flow from the concentration chamber 30 directly into the anode chamber 10. The electrodialyzer further comprises a path for feeding pure water into the anode chamber 10 and a path for feeding water discharged from the anode chamber 10 into the buffer chamber 20.
