SOLUTION: In the method for pulverizing the matter to be pulverized by applying impact onto the matter to be pulverized, a liquid additive is added into a space for housing the matter to be pulverized, as the matter to be pulverized is pulverized. The liquid additive is added so that thickness of a layer formed from the liquid additive is 5-500 nm when all the liquid additives adhere to an outer surface of the matter to be pulverized. The liquid additive consists mainly of isopropyl alcohol. The matter to be pulverized is composed of metallic materials in which at least one kind of elements among constituting elements has a melting point of ≤500°C and Sn is included.
